לצורך יצירת שקיפות מלאה ואמינות ציבורית גבוהה, אני מחפש אישיות מוכרת ובעלת מוניטין לשמש כנאמן/ית עצמאי/ת (Trustee / Escrow Holder) לקרן
פרסים ראשונית בסך:
₪200,000
עם אפשרות להגדלה בהמשך
הנאמן/ית הנבחר/ת ימונה באופן רשמי ויחזיק/תחזיק את סכום הפרס בחשבון נאמנות ייעודי, וישחרר/תשחרר את הכספים בהתאם לכללים כתובים ומוגדרים מראש של האירוע.
הפקדת הכספים תבוצע לאחר בחירת הנאמן וחתימה על הסכם מסודר.
תחומי אחריות
• פתיחת או הקצאת חשבון נאמנות ייעודי
• החזקת סכום של ₪200,000 ומעלה בצורה מאובטחת
• שחרור הכספים בהתאם לכללי האירוע הכתובים בלבד
• הופעה פומבית כנאמן/ית הרשמי/ת של קרן הפרסים
• אישור פומבי כי כספי הפרס מוחזקים בנאמנות
אין צורך במעורבות בניהול או הפקה של האירוע.

• עו"ד בעל/ת ניסיון מסחרי / בניהול נאמנויות
• רו"ח מוסמך/ת
• דמות ספורט מוכרת ובעלת אמינות ציבורית גבוהה
נדרשת עצמאות מלאה ונייטרליות.

I am in the process of structuring a public sports challenge event in Israel.
To ensure full transparency and strong public credibility, I am seeking a well-known and reputable professional to serve as an independent Trustee / Escrow Holder for an initial prize fund of:
₪200,000 (with potential increase).
The selected trustee will be formally appointed to hold the prize amount in a dedicated trust account and release funds strictly according to predefined written event rules.
The deposit of funds will occur after trustee selection and formal agreement execution.
Responsibilities
• Open or designate a dedicated trust / escrow account
• Securely hold ₪200,000+
• Release funds strictly according to written event rules
• Publicly serve as the official trustee of the prize fund
• Publicly confirm that the prize funds are secured
No operational event management is required.
Suitable Candidates
• Attorney with commercial / escrow experience
• Certified Public Accountant
• Well-known sports personality with strong public credibility
Full independence and neutrality are required.
