התפקיד הוא בעיקר תרגום בעל פה מול חומרים ושיחות רגישות ולכן יש צורך לעבור הליך סיווג ביטחוני. ובגדול: * יש בערך 50 קריאות בחודש * היקף העבודה יכול להגיע לכ-180 שעות חודשיות * יש גמישות מלאה - אפשר לעבוד קבוע או רק לפי זמינות * אין התחייבות להיקף מסוים ומתאים גם לפרילנסרים * העבודה בפריסה ארצית (אפשר גם לעבוד רק באיזור מסויים) * אם יודעים גם קרוא וכתוב בסינית, יכולות להיות גם עבודות נוספות בהמשך

תרגום של ראיונות איכותניים עם זקנים בנושא של דחיקת תלות במערכות הרווחה בישראל. לאורך הפרויקט יהיו הרבה ראיונות, ובשלב זה ארצה להתחיל בשלושה ראיונות, כל אחד שעה, עם רבע שעה הפסקה בין הראיונות. מדובר על תרגום לא סימולטני שכן מדובר על זקנים. הראיונות יתבצעו בזום ביום שיותאם מראש בשעות 09:30-13:00.

Required Qualifications: • Native or near-native proficiency in both Hebrew and English • Proven experience in translation and document writing • Strong writing and editing skills in both languages • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Familiarity with translation tools and software • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred • Professional translation certification is an advantage
