Flutter expert with WiFi plugin experience

If you have experience with Flutter framework, this might be the one you would be interested in. We are looking for a flutter developer who has experience in WiFi. We are working with a developer and he finished other functional parts. Now he has a problem to allow WiFi permission on Android 8.0+. It works under Android 7.0. He said that the problem was in WiFi permission. Our developer said: "The issue is not with the coding it is with the plugin as new android technology rolls out there is possibility that the existing plugin fails."
