Data entry / Document editing

We are looking for a data entry person to help us add lesson materials to our websites.
This is an on-going long term job.
The process usually takes 3 hours and includes the following:

Steps:
1. Add watermark and logo to existing PDFs,
2. Upload the finished PDFs to anyflip.com,
3. Edit the background in anyflip.com into the dominant color of the website,
4. Take the embed codes and paste it a correct lesson in the designated website
