I have a university degree in Architectural Engineering. I am a licensed architect from Mexico and I am a registered architect in Israel with permission to do reconstruction/remodeling work and build structures up to 3 stories high. I have 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and drafting.

I have extensive experience using Architectural CAD design software. I am able to create high-quality blueprints and construction documents, including: site plans, site details, floor plans, enlarged floor plans, exterior elevations, sections, interior elevations, and details.

My experience includes creating all kinds of blueprints, specifically for public schools, private residential homes, and apartment buildings.

I am trained in the International Building Codes, and I know how to design plans that are in compliance with fire and accessibility regulations.

In my work experience in California, I was part of a team that designed $140 million dollar public high schools. In those projects we used state-of-the-art modern design techniques to design beautiful and enormous public school buildings in accordance to the latest accessibility codes. We designed the school in accordance to accessibility codes for: parking spaces, side walks, entrances, hallways, classrooms, bathrooms, offices, elevators, drinking fountains, cafeteria seating, gymnasium locker rooms, and athletic stadium.

I create 3D models of architectural structures using advanced 3D modeling software and because I am an experienced architect, I am able to create exceptional 3D models for final presentations for my clients.

I have had years of experience in architecture, specifically designing public schools, private homes and apartments. My experience also includes 8 years in California, working for the US Government and architecture firms with high-end projects ranging from $20-140 million dollars.
