Founders

MentiSA was established by Ayelet Geva (M.A) and Sharon Schreiber (Kellogg MBA). Both hold a strong global project management experience as well as extensive startup background in companies such as CTV Canada, Fox US, Discovery US, Teva, Motorola, ECI Telecom, xFone Inc.

Ayelet Geva

A highly experienced High-tech veteran with 13 years of experience. She has a proven business insight, vast software development experience, managerial and communication skills alongside an in-depth experience facing clients and managing large scale International clients such as CTV, FOX, Discovery, Media General, SKY Italia, TEVA, Mirs and more.

Sharon Schreiber

Has an extensive background in business development, financial and strategy formation for both well-established global companies as well as start-ups. In her last position, Sharon was CEO and Co-Founder at Total Availability, a B2C oriented internet startup. Prior to that, Sharon held VP Business Development position at Xfone Inc. (AMEX: XFN). She holds MBA from Kellogg Executive MBA Program.

Components under client's responsibility
• All graphics (core files), SSL licenses, hosting etc. will be provided to MentiSA unless otherwise stated. The provisioning / enrollment with any external API vendor / payment gateway or any other 3 rd party will be done directly by the client and the 3rd party. MentiSA will not take any part in this process beyond the technical implementation of the required functionality
• Every font, graphical material, or other element the client would request to implement in the site will be provided by the client in its final format and after making sure all copyright issues have been resolved and there is no legal constraint or other prevention to use the element
• Moreover regarding fonts, it should be clear that the fonts that will be provided by the client are the ones that will be implemented in the site and the client should provide fonts for web usage with browsers compatibility. Unless otherwise stated, MentiSA will not make any change/migration/adaptation work on the version provided by the client.

Browsers
Browsers support all development work will conform and be tested on the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Internet explorer (limited to version 9 with IE9 Standards support). All work will be done for PC computers. No guarantee will be given for any mobile / tablet device unless specifically stated and priced.

Video clips
Videos to be implemented on the site will be hosted with YouTube and will have only a YouTube player window to enable online viewing on the site.

Warranty
A one year warranty is given to the functionality of the site.

Payment Terms
• Prices do not include VAT (where applicable)
• 50% will be wired as advance payment prior to work initiation
• 50% will be wired after client final testing and approval and before uploading to the live site
• Delivery schedule is being counted from the date of the money transfer and receiving of all materials in a concentrated manner from the client to MentiSA
• MentiSA will not bear cost of any graphical materials cost unless otherwise stated
• Client is committed to pay even if they decide not to go live for any reason
• Proposal is valid for 1 week from the date it was issued
